Bundt Pan Nachos are a fun and creative twist on traditional nachos, featuring layers of seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and crispy tortilla chips. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in, these nachos are easy to make and sure to please any crowd.

  • ½ cup diced yellow onion
  • 8 ounces block of Colby jack cheese (shredded)
  • 12 ounces bag of tortilla chips (Tostitos brand)
  • ½ pound lean ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup water
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Diced tomatoes (optional)
  • Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and spray a 12-cup Bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion, salt, and pepper for 6-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in water and taco seasoning, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until well-coated.
  4. Layer half of the shredded cheese in the Bundt pan, followed by half of the beef mixture and ⅓ of the tortilla chips. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Invert the Bundt pan onto a heat-proof plate to serve.
  7. Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and cilantro as desired.
