1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
1 cup mayonnaise
½ medium onion, finely diced
¼ cup ketchup
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup dill relish
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
6 sesame seed buns
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
4 slices American cheese
12 dill pickle chips
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until meat is browned. Drain excess grease.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, dill relish, vinegar, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
Stir ½ cup of Mac sauce into cooked meat mixture. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Place shredded lettuce on bun bottoms. Top with cheese slices. Spoon meat mixture over cheese.
Drizzle with more Mac sauce as desired. Add pickle chips and top with bun halves.
