Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes more. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-5 inch circle. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the dough balls with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
