Ingredients
Scale
1 can Pillsbury Biscuits (10 biscuits)
1 pound lean ground beef
3 slices bacon (chopped)
½ onion (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
⅓ cup cream cheese
5 ounces cheddar cheese (chopped into 10 squares)
1 egg white
Sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, chopped bacon, and finely chopped onion over medium heat until well browned. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in cream cheese, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Continue to cook on low heat until the cream cheese is fully melted. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Roll each biscuit out as thinly as possible.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Top with one square of cheddar cheese. Fold the biscuit around the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
Arrange the filled biscuits seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown.
