These Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps are a fantastic twist on traditional burgers, perfect for any occasion from backyard gatherings to quick weeknight dinners. Enjoy the juicy beef, melted cheese, and fresh toppings all wrapped up in a convenient tortilla.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 5 large flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • Tomato slices
  • Lettuce
  • Mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef mixture into patties slightly larger than the diameter of your tortillas. Grill patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. While the burgers cook, warm tortillas on the grill for a few seconds per side until warm and pliable, or heat them in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side.
  4. Lay a warmed tortilla flat on a plate. Spread mustard (optional) on one half of the tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, a grilled burger patty, tomato slices, and lettuce (add any additional toppings you love!).
  5. Fold the bottom half of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides to create a neat wrap. Gently fold the top flap down to secure the wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
