  • 1/2 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ears corn, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, add the corn pieces and sausage slices to the basket. Drizzle with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining Old Bay seasoning. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp to the basket, arranging them around the other ingredients. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
