  • 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup white flour
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup Panko
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Trim any excess fat from the chicken tenders.
  2. In Bowl 1, mix white flour with about 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. In Bowl 2, combine olive oil or melted butter with minced garlic.
  4. In Bowl 3, stir together Panko, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, and paprika.
  5. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, dip in the garlic oil mixture, and coat with the Panko mixture.
  6. Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook at 400°F for 9 minutes, flip, and cook for another 8-9 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
