  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Set aside.
  3. Season chicken tenders with salt and black pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the coated chicken tenders.
