Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot seasoning blend
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. In three separate dishes, combine flour, salt, and pepper in one, ranch dressing and buffalo sauce in another, and the panko mixture in the third. Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then the buffalo sauce mixture, and finally the panko mixture, pressing the panko onto the chicken.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If the topping starts to brown too much, cover lightly with foil for the remainder of the baking time.
  5. While the chicken bakes, combine ranch dressing and buffalo sauce to make the drizzling sauce.
  6. Once the chicken is done, remove from the oven and drizzle with the sauce. Serve with desired sides.
