  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons diced green chiles, chopped super fine
  • 1/2 pound White American Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the White American Cheese into cubes and place them in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add the diced green chiles and garlic powder to the saucepan with the cheese.
  3. Pour in 3/4 cup of milk. You can add up to 1 cup of milk depending on your preferred consistency.
  4. Heat the mixture over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
  5. If the dip is too thick, gradually add more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
