1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Make sure the shrimp is already cooked, peeled, and deveined. If not, cook, peel, and devein them first.
Thinly slice the cucumber and red onion. Set them aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add the cooked shrimp, cucumber slices, and red onion to the bowl with the dressing. Gently toss to coat everything evenly.
