4 cooked and diced chicken breasts
2 cups sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper
16 ounces cooked linguini
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-x-13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
Cook the linguini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, softened butter, chicken broth, garlic salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix.
Gently fold in the cooked linguini, making sure all the noodles are coated with the creamy mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top with both the grated Parmesan and shredded Mozzarella cheeses.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 36–42 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted and bubbly.
