- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick butter
- ¼ cup flour
- 1½ cups half and half
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
