Celebrate Independence Day with these vibrant and creamy 4th of July Milkshakes! Layers of red, white, and blue, topped with whipped cream and festive sprinkles, make this treat perfect for any patriotic gathering.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Milk
  • Red and Blue Food Coloring
  • Whipped Cream
  • Red, White, and Blue Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Make the Blue Layer: Add two to three big scoops of vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup of milk, and a few drops of blue food coloring to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the blue mixture into cold glasses and place them in the freezer to keep cold while you prepare the next layers.
  2. Make the White Layer: Rinse the blender to remove any blue coloring. Add two to three big scoops of vanilla ice cream and 1/2 cup of milk to the blender (no food coloring for the white layer). Blend until smooth. Pour the white mixture over the blue layer in the glasses.
  3. Make the Red Layer: Rinse the blender again to remove any white mixture. Add two to three big scoops of vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup of milk, and a few drops of red food coloring to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the red mixture over the white layer in the glasses.
  4. Add Toppings: Top each milkshake with a generous amount of whipped cream. Sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles over the whipped cream for a festive touch.
  5. Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy your patriotic 4th of July milkshakes!
