Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage or bacon, then scramble the eggs in the same pan.
  3. Fill tortillas with eggs, sausage, and cheese, then roll and place in the baking dish.
