Instructions

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 packet active dry yeast

  • 3/4 cup warm milk

  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp butter (melted, for filling)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Notes

  1. Proof the yeast with warm milk and sugar.

  2. Mix in melted butter, egg, flour, and salt to form dough. Knead until smooth.

  3. Let dough rise for 1-2 hours.

  4. Roll dough out and spread with cinnamon filling and blueberries.

  5. Roll up dough, cut into 12 rolls, and let rise for 30 minutes.

  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.

  7. Drizzle with icing and enjoy!
