  • 6 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to high heat.

  3. Pat the beef chops dry with a paper towel.
