Ingredients
- 4 pcs mini tortillas
- 1 cup ground beef
- 4 cheese slices
- 2 tbsp pickled cucumbers (sliced)
- Iceberg lettuce (chopped, optional topping)
- 2 tbsp liquid from pickled cucumbers
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and lightly grease a non-stick frying pan with cooking spray. Preheat over medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, liquid from pickled cucumbers, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and sugar. Mix until smooth and set aside.
- Spread ground beef evenly over each mini tortilla and place them in the hot pan with the beef side down. Cook for 2–3 minutes until browned.
