- 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup

- 2 heaping cups frozen broccoli

- 2 cups cooked rice

- 1 cup crushed crackers for topping
- 2 tablespoons melted butter for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions until softened.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, garlic salt, salt, mustard powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper until well combined.
- Add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted.
- Incorporate frozen broccoli and mixed vegetables; heat through.
- Whisk eggs separately, then stir in cooked rice and combine everything evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
