Triple Almond Cinnamon Rolls That Will Blow Your Mind

Instructions

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • 1 cup almond milk (warm)

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast

  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup butter (softened)

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp almond extract (filling)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp almond milk (for glaze)

  • ½ tsp almond extract (for glaze)


Notes

  1. Activate yeast in warm almond milk with 1 tbsp sugar.

  2. Mix dry ingredients and combine with wet, knead into dough.

  3. Let rise until doubled, about 1–1.5 hours.

  4. Roll dough, spread filling, roll and slice.

  5. Let rolls rise again in the pan, bake at 350°F for 22–25 minutes.

  6. Drizzle with almond glaze and serve warm.
