  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (or rice vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 46 large flour tortillas or wraps

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger until smooth. Add water gradually to reach desired thickness.
  2. Toss shredded chicken in 3–4 tablespoons of the peanut sauce to coat evenly.
  3. Prepare vegetables by shredding carrots and cabbage and slicing the red bell pepper and green onions.
  4. Warm the tortillas for 10–15 seconds in the microwave or on low heat in a skillet.
  5. Assemble each wrap with chicken, vegetables, and additional peanut sauce; roll tightly.
