Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread mixed raw nuts in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Add pretzel twists to the roasted nuts.
  4. In a bowl, combine melted butter, soy sauce (or tamari), maple syrup, chopped rosemary, cayenne pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and kosher salt. Pour over the nut mixture and toss well.
