- 1/2 cup sugar (or xylitol)

- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oil (or melted butter)
- 2 1/2 cups diced strawberries
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch (or arrowroot)
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Stir in oil until combined.
- Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, combine strawberries, cornstarch, and maple syrup. Spread this mixture over the oat base.
- Sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top and press down firmly.
- Bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating until firm.
