Ingredients

  • 1 packet active dry yeast

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1/2 cup milk (whole or almond)

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup cinnamon-sugar mix

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Proof yeast in warm water for 5 minutes.

  2. Mix yeast, milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, and flour to form dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes.

  3. Let dough rise for 1-2 hours.

  4. Roll dough out, spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, and top with chopped strawberries.

  5. Roll into a log and cut into 12 rolls. Let rise for 30 minutes.

  6. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Drizzle with glaze and enjoy.
