- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped strawberries (divided)
Instructions
- Mix oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a jar or bowl.
- Stir in half the chopped strawberries.
- Layer the rest of the strawberries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir before serving and add extra toppings if desired.
Notes
- Use old-fashioned oats for best texture.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Add a splash of milk in the morning if too thick.
