Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries (divided)

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir in half the chopped strawberries.
  3. Layer the rest of the strawberries on top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and add extra toppings if desired.

Notes

  • Use old-fashioned oats for best texture.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Add a splash of milk in the morning if too thick.
