Instructions

- In separate bowls, mix flour, baking powder, and salt while beating the eggs in another bowl. In a food processor, blend eggs with brown sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients and cooled date mixture until smooth.
- Pour batter into the dish and bake for about 30 minutes or until set.
- For the caramel sauce, melt butter in a saucepan; stir in brown sugar and salt until dissolved. Add cream and cook until thickened.
- Once the pudding is baked, poke holes in it and pour some caramel sauce on top. Let it soak for 15 minutes before serving.
