Ingredients
- 4 pounds baby back beef ribs
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Remove the membrane from the ribs and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder; rub this seasoning into the ribs and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
