  • 2 ½ cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak
  • 1 can (14 oz) Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • White Queso (for topping)
  • Fresh Cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until clear.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant.
  3. Add the rinsed rice and toast for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
