  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 minced garlic cloves (divided)
  • Lemon zest
  • 150 g boursin cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Activate yeast by combining warm water, a pinch of sugar, and yeast; allow to sit until bubbly.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine warm milk, sugar, one beaten egg, melted butter, and activated yeast.
