  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 crusty white rolls
  • 240ml beef stock
  • 500g tomato passata
  • 100g butter
  • 200g mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 80ml apple vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 30g parmesan for butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, made into paste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until golden brown. Stir in minced garlic and ground beef; brown completely.
