  • 10 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 12 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the sourdough loaf into 1-inch thick slices without cutting through completely.
  3. In a ramekin, combine peeled garlic cloves and red pepper flakes; cover with olive oil and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  4. Let the garlic cool, then mash into a paste.
  5. Mix softened butter, garlic paste, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl; season with sea salt.
