  • 3 tablespoons melted butter or oil
  • 120 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, melted butter or oil, flour, salt, and seasonings. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough briefly until it becomes cohesive. Divide it into two pieces and wrap each in plastic wrap; refrigerate for up to 24 hours if desired.
