  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbs parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 17.3 oz 2 pack box puff pastry
  • 2 eggs (divided)
  • 1 tbs water

Instructions

  1. Defrost puff pastry according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine beef sausage, breadcrumbs, one egg, thyme, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Divide filling into six equal portions and set aside.
  5. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into three long rectangles.
  6. Place one portion of filling in the center of each rectangle, leaving space at the edges.
  7. Fold pastry over the filling and pinch edges to seal tightly; cut each log into six pieces and vent tops with knife.
  8. Brush rolls with an egg wash (remaining egg mixed with water) before baking for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
