  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 shot espresso or 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 23 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and brown sugar; let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Mix in melted butter, eggs, flour, and salt until smooth; knead for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Prepare filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon; butter a baking dish.
  5. Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread pumpkin butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, roll tightly, and cut into rolls.
