Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted, divided)
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese (rind mostly removed and cheese diced)
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting – optional)

Instructions

  3. Evenly sprinkle diced Brie, chopped cranberries, and walnuts over the pastry. Drizzle honey on top.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly from one long end to form a log shape and freeze for about 15 minutes.
