  • 2 (3.4-ounce) boxes instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅛ cup water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and sour cream until well blended.
  3. Grease two loaf pans and sprinkle sugar mixed with cinnamon inside each pan.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a cooling rack.
