Ingredients
- 1 cup diced green peppers
- 1 cup diced yellow onions
- 10 oz deli sliced roast beef
- 1/3 cup water
- 0.87 oz brown gravy mix
- 12 dinner rolls
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
- 4 tablespoons mayo
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté diced green peppers and onions in a large pan over medium-high heat until softened.
- Chop the roast beef into small pieces and add it to the onion mixture. Stir well.
- Mix in water, gravy mix, and pepper; cook until no liquid remains.
- Slice dinner rolls in half and spread mayo on each side.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom halves of the rolls, top with cheese, then place the top halves back on.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 12 minutes.
- Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder and onion powder on top of sliders, then bake uncovered for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
