  • 1 cup diced green peppers
  • 1 cup diced yellow onions
  • 10 oz deli sliced roast beef
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 0.87 oz brown gravy mix
  • 12 dinner rolls
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • 4 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté diced green peppers and onions in a large pan over medium-high heat until softened.
  3. Chop the roast beef into small pieces and add it to the onion mixture. Stir well.
  4. Mix in water, gravy mix, and pepper; cook until no liquid remains.
  5. Slice dinner rolls in half and spread mayo on each side.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom halves of the rolls, top with cheese, then place the top halves back on.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 12 minutes.
  8. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder and onion powder on top of sliders, then bake uncovered for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow cooling briefly before serving.
