  • 1 packet instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 1 cup warm whole milk (110°F)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg + 1 yolk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chopped peaches
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp softened butter (for spreading)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Make and knead the dough. Let rise 1 hour.
  2. Cook peaches with brown sugar, spices, and cornstarch. Cool.
  3. Roll out dough, spread butter and filling, roll and slice.
  4. Let rolls rise 30-45 mins. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 mins.
  5. Mix glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
