Ingredients
- 1 package (12 oz) English muffins (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 lb cubed smoked chicken
- 2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
- 2 cups half and half or heavy cream
- 8 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
