  • 3 Tablespoons Red Curry Paste
  • 1 (14-ounce) can Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger (minced)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey (or maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a medium baking dish or ovenproof skillet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced ginger, and garlic until smooth.
