No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Pie

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed salted pretzels

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

For the Topping:

  • ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • Optional: additional crushed pretzels or whipped cream for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

  2. Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.

  3. Assemble the Pie: Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled crust.

  4. Prepare the Topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Let it cool slightly, then pour over the peanut butter filling, spreading evenly.

  5. Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.

  6. Serve: Garnish with additional crushed pretzels or whipped cream if desired. Slice and enjoy!
