Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 ½ cups warm water, 1 packet active dry yeast, and 1 tablespoon sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Stir in 4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter to form the dough.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl and cover with a cloth to rise for 1 hour.
