- 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed light or dark)
- 1/8 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini M&M's
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, butter, oil, and vanilla for the brownie layer. Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt; fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, cream together room temperature butter, sugars, peanut butter, and vanilla for the cookie layer. Beat in the egg.
