- 8 ounces cooked ramen noodles
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Filet each chicken breast in half evenly. Rub each filet with the seasoning mix.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it cool for at least 5 minutes before slicing into strips. Set aside.
- In a large pot, heat oil from sun-dried tomatoes over medium-high heat. Add minced shallots and garlic; cook until tender and fragrant for about 3 minutes. Drain and chop sun-dried tomatoes; add them to the pot and cook for another minute.
