Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 11×7 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, sugar, and dark brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in finely chopped apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden.
