- 12 sliced dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook while stirring until fluffy and just set; remove from heat.
- Layer half of the sliced dinner rolls in a baking dish. Top with half of the scrambled eggs, followed by half of the chicken slices and cheese. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with poppy seeds, dijon mustard, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle over sandwiches.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes to melt cheese completely.
