- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Melt butter in the pot, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and zest. Stir and cook for 30 seconds.
- Toss pasta in the sauce, adding pasta water until glossy.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
