  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet; sauté onions until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
