  • 2 green onions
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 16 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
  2. In a food processor, combine cranberries, chopped green onions, jalapeños (seeds removed), mint leaves, lime juice, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and optional cardamom. Pulse until chunky.
  3. Chill the cranberry mixture for at least 4 hours or up to two days.

  5. Strain the cranberry mixture and reserve some juice. Mix the juice into the cream cheese.
