  • 1/2 lb Turkey slices
  • 1/2 lb Provolone cheese
  • 8 oz Marinated Mini Fresh Mozzarella Balls
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 C Mild Pepper Rings
  • 1 White Onion
  • 1 C Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T Black Pepper
  • 1 T Dried Basil
  • 1/2 lb turkey turkey pepperoni
  • 1 C apple vinegar
  • 1/2 C Olive Oil
  • 1 T Garlic Powder
  • 1 T Dried Basil
  • 1 T Brown Sugar (or a natural sweetener)
  • 2 t Kosher Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded romaine lettuce with sliced peppers, turkey slices, provolone squares, marinated mozzarella balls, cucumbers, onions, and mild pepper rings.
  2. Sprinkle with black pepper and dried basil. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. For the dressing, whisk together apple vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, dried basil, brown sugar (or natural sweetener), and kosher salt in a separate bowl. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
  4. Serve by tossing the salad with the dressing or keeping them separate until plated.
